The fittest players have that extra gear in the closing minutes of a game that can often mean the difference between winning and losing. The players with higher levels of fitness feel fresh, whilst the unconditioned players tire.

The regular Body M.O.T's are an excellent way to monitor progress. Sports groups and teams also receive Fitness Testing alongside each Body M.O.T, to find out areas that may need work and also develop increased confidence from learning about individual strengths.
