Healthy Lifestyle Learning Sessions teach the young people about the importance of exercise and healthy eating and how they can simply but effectively change their lifestyle. This will prevent them from carrying negative behaviours into adulthood.

The sessions are delivered by a highly qualified exercise specialist, in an enjoyable, informal and informative manner through group workshops, sharing of information, fun quizzes, note taking and individual tasks.
